Ghislaine Grasser joined the McCall MacBain Foundation in 2006, before its official creation. In her first year working with MMF team, she was responsible for coordinating its day-to-day activities before becoming the Grant Officer for the Liberian Grants in April 2007 and the Senior Officer for Grants and Programmes in December 2009.
From a young age, Ghislaine Grasser has dedicated much of her time to social work and volunteer activities, most notably in Nepal, India and Malaysia, where she interned with the UNHCR and successfully began a micro-credit project for women refugees.  Before joining the company, she also worked at the Economic Department of the French Embassy in Malaysia and spent a short time with HSBC Investment Banking in London. Ghislaine Grasser holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa, Canada and a Master I of European Business Management from Reims Management School, France. She is fluent in French, English and German.
